Poetiske Skrifter by Holger Drachmann

Collected Poetic Writings of Holger Drachmann, a Danish poet, playwrite, and artist.  Born in Copenhagen on October 9, 1846, he went on to become a figure of the Scandinavian Modern Breakthrough Movement and died on January 14, 1908.  After his death, his Skagen colony home, Drachmanns Hus became a museum.

This series boasts four in a compendium of his works in their original Danish.  Each book is unique, having worn the years differently and each bears characterful marks of time.

The back of one of the books is damaged, as you can see in the final pictures.  Each book sold individually.
