Salvaged from the Japanese Embassy's summer residence in Blue Ridge Summit, Pennsylvania. These particular casement windows came out of the bay windows of the pictured home.
They were original to my parents' retirement home (the beautiful home pictured with the windows in this listing), and when they replaced them with insulated windows, we inherited the antique salvage. Chip & I had planned to use them when we enclose our back terrace, but having clung to them for nearly 10 years now, we're feeling like selfish hoarders every time we're asked about them.
The stylish proportions make these particularly interesting. Sure to make a great architectural statement where ever you place them.
