Here’s what you’ll receive:
- Design questionnaire
- 45-minute FaceTime meeting with designers.
- Proportional floor plans/space map showing you exactly where furniture pieces go in the space.
- Hand-sketched rough rendering of the space
- Mood board containing a mix of your current pieces, recommended purchases, paint/paper, lighting, curtains, rug and/or flooring, etc.
- Links to purchase recommended items
- Written detailed instruction for styling your space
- Everything recommended will be within your specified budget
Full Design Package: $1,500/room up to 400 sq ft.
Design details á la carte: (room up to 400 sq ft.)
• Floor plan, rough rendering, includes questionnaire and 30-minute FaceTime meeting with designers. This service gives you the layout of the room, and a rough perspective drawing that shows you what your space will look like. We use the pieces you have already, or have identified as upcoming purchases you plan to make. We’ll incorporate all of these elements in a carefully thought out layout. $900
• Mood board, with links to purchase items, includes questionnaire and 30-minute FaceTime meeting with designers. The mood board shows you the key elements of your space in color. These are pieces you have already as well as pieces we’ve sourced for you (links included) to pull the whole look together – flooring, window treatments, furniture where necessary, and accessories. $1,200
• Paint/paper recommendations with links, includes questionnaire. Wall color and paper are tricky to get right, and this service takes the guess work out of it. You’ll receive a recommendation based on your specific room, it’s natural lighting and use. $400
Wall color and paper are essential to creating the right mood for your space. Color can be very tricky to get right, so we’re here to guide you with the selection.
• Gallery Wall Design with wall art suggestions and links; includes questionaire. Balancing the art and it's negative space creates a powerful statement especially in a hallway or other space that's yearning for some personality. We'll give you the full design which will include your existing pieces as well as new art when needed. $450
• Shelf or Mantle Styling, with links to purchase,includes questionaire. This one's especially important for the holidays. You'll recieve a rough rendering, instructions, and a mood board with links, so you'll be able to style your shelves or mantle like a pro. $650
• In-person, on-site Interior Decorating, includes questionaire and 15 minute FaceTime meeting with designers. After receiving your questionaire and having our brief FaceTime meeting, we'll come to your home, double check measurements, get a feel for the space in person, and follow you through the entire process, including installation and styling by the designers. $5,000, includes 1 revision ($2,500 deposit to begin. Travel expenses billed separately.)
